All our developers and designers come from a background in Education and are very familiar in I'T. training techniques.
Most of our clients require some level of training, be it for dealing with SPAM email, updating their website or even setting up their brodband connection. These all, in our view, fall under the umbrella of technical support and as such is absolutely FREE. There are no hidden charges. Your annual subscription is all you will pay us....EVER.
